We pride ourselves in providing families with reliable and trustworthy candidates with a genuine passion and love for children and developing long-term relationships with families and the candidates we place with them.
Whether you need an Au Pair to take care of your family’s needs or just a reliable Student to provide lifts after school or a weekend/evening babysitter from time to time, we can assist you in finding the perfect candidate!! All candidates are interviewed and screened as well as criminal record checks are done for your peace of mind!
Now also available childcare courses (First aid, Cooking, Stimulation for babies and toddlers) as well as nanny courses and parenting workshops at very affordable rates!
Au Pairs, Babysitters, Lift services or Childcare courses all under one roof.
SERVICES
Au Pairs@Work assists families in finding a suitable au pair for their children. We try to match the perfect candidate suitable for the family by identifying the families values, qualities and needs.
We provide the following services:
* Au Pair placements ( Temporary or Permanent)
* Babysitters (Personal or Corporate use)
* Lift Services
* Tutors
* Childcare Courses including First Aid
As an agency we will do the following:
* Face to face interview to check suitability of candidate
* ID and Driver’s licence verification
* Employment reference checks
* Confirmation of diplomas/certificates/degrees
* Criminal record checks
* We provide the family with hints during the interviewing phase as well as a basic employment contract and UIF documentation to make the process as effortless as possible.
* Excellent after placement service
If the candidate you are interested in employing does not have a first aid course we will gladly send them for one before they commence employment with you at a 25% discount provided that the course is done through Au Pairs @ work.
