Be a part of the exciting annual Ballito Prawn & Jazz Festival to be held over the Mr Price Pro Surfing weekend.
The festival promises a fun filled family weekend of gastronomic delights, gourmet prawns, beer tent, kids carnival, sports events, organic market, live jazz, indoor and outdoor exhibitors, crafters and extreme riders to wow!
Sink your teeth into prawn bunny chow! This year the star of the show will undoubtedly be the Food Fair, offering a sizzling selection of scrumptious dishes. Local restaurants will prepare their signature prawn dishes with something to please all taste buds.
The annual Mr Price Pro Surfing Championship is run over the same period, drawing crowds to Ballito over the June and July winter holiday season.
Everyone is invited to attend and take part in this opportunity to showcase the beautiful North Coast. If you're wondering what you can do then think no more as the sports and music events, crafters market, stage entertainment, 5000sqm of kid’s attractions as well as designer décor exhibits, food marquees will keep you busy.
However as the event name suggests the main star of the show will be prawns. Whether you like them with peri-peri, lemon butter, garlic, plain or in a curry there will be something to make you mouth water.
