Our collection will provide you with choices that will make you look and feel beautiful. All items are designed to be worn during pregnancy, breastfeeding and beyond, providing you with enough room to grow. Each item can be dressed up or down, just as you need it.
For the new breastfeeding mum, Bump Maternity provides beautiful breastfeeding tops to help you feel comfortable and feminine while caring for your newborn. All items can be purchased online or be viewed in the showroom by appointment. Other outlets can be found in the 'where to find bump' page. Most importantly, all Bump designs are created with the motherhood experience in mind, which will hopefully make your journey into motherhood more stylish, comfortable and mostly enjoyable! All items are sewn by a community project in Johannesburg called IsiYabu Fashions.
While the idea of Bump was born in January 2008 - Bump's official birthday is May 2008. The concept of maternity and breastfeeding clothes was based on the Simone's first-hand experience. Her son was born in May 2007 and, as a devoted breastfeeding mother Simone knows the challenges and uncomfortable situations of feeding in public once mommy and baby are back in real life.
Form and Function
All Bump Maternity items are designed with comfort and multifunctional features, from the first hand experience of mothers. In short, you look and feel great while wearing clothes that work.
Bump Maternity is proud that all items are made in Johannesburg, South Africa by a highly qualified dress maker.
