Swimming and water-based activities are one of my passions. Just a few years ago I was a stockbroker, looking after my boss's kids over a weekend. When I took them for a swimming lesson I became envious of the swimming coach, wondering how rewarding her job must be. And how right I was and have never looked back! Working in water continues to fascinate me and hence that fact that swimming lessons have now taken me into so many different fields where water is used as a medium.
The baby swimming programme is based on twelve exercises. These exercises are done at each lesson with parent and baby in the pool. This is a great time for both mommy and daddy to bond with their new baby. Moms don't be scared to get wet, I promise you that you will enjoy this time more than your little one.
