In Johannesburg alone, at least one baby is abandoned every day! Wrapped in a plastic bag. Thrown from a building. Discarded in a rubbish bin or on a rubbish dump. Flushed down a toilet. Deserted in a park or hospital. The need is enormous!!

We are very fond of our children and care very much for them. When they join us, they become part of our family. Many children have spent their entire crèche and pre-primary years at the educare.

Shepherd's Keep is a home for abandoned babies, HIV positive or not, from birth to six months old.

This is a fun place, where we develop and stimulate the pre-school child mentally and physically. We provide a safe haven on all levels of development and education with a diverse approach of uniqueness.

TWCM vision is to develop a family-friendly organization where children are assisted in their development regardless of their socio-economic status. TWCM will assist children who are seeking help for numerous health and human services under one roof.
